PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Standard delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after processing. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may delay delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our hands to your door.

Shipping Address

Delays & Lost Packages
Carrier delays are out of our control. If tracking shows no update for 7+ days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or ships, changes may no longer be possible.
