By accessing or purchasing from Different Breed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

All apparel is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing or product errors at any time. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping.

Orders are processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept the offer when we ship the order. We confirm payment status by email on completion.

Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, with standard delivery 3–7 business days within the U.S. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees and may vary with carrier and location.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Inventory counts update automatically as orders are placed. When a size shows OUT OF STOCK, it cannot be purchased. In rare cases of an out-of-stock order slipping through, we will refund your payment and notify you.

All designs, artwork, logos, photography, and the Different Breed manifesto are our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce our designs or branding without written permission.

Different Breed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, beyond the value of your order.

You agree to provide accurate order information and not to abuse the checkout process. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
